Hi Buffalo!
We’re Chris & Cai—your new go-to couple for all things charcuterie!
716 Charcuterie was born from our love for food, fun, and our hometown. From esthetician school to small business marketing (swim schools of all things!), we’ve been on quite the ride since 2017. In 2022, we tied the knot and decided to explore life in Charleston, SC. It was awesome—but something was missing.
Buffalo.This past fall, life gave us the best surprise—we're growing our family! And with that, we knew it was time to come home. Time to be close to our roots, our people, and time to bring our dream business to life.
That’s how 716 Charcuterie came to be. It's not just meat and cheese. It’s connection, community, and that unmistakable Buffalo spirit.

How do I book an event?
You can book directly through our website with the form above or contact us via phone or email. We’ll walk you through the options and get everything set!
How much notice do you need?
We typically need at least 2 weeks notice to prepare for your event with care. For larger events (75 people or more) we recommend reaching out a few weeks in advance.
Can I customize my board?
Absolutely. You can choose your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, and more from our menu. We also do themed boards for holidays, birthdays, and special events.
Do you offer charcuterie for large events or corporate gatherings?
Yes! We create a fully customizable experience. Just reach out and we’ll help you plan the perfect spread.
